At Teletone Audio, we stand behind our premium audio equipment and offer a 30-day return policy for all hardware and accessories. Please note that due to the licensing nature of digital products, software and plugin downloads are non-refundable once activated.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the product in its original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport back to our facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
